Idea Consistently Boasting of High Upload Speeds It is already well known that if there is any telecom operator which has got the right upload speeds for the users, then it is Idea. Even though the telecom operator is not able to rank first for download speeds, Idea has consistently ranked first for upload speeds, and the same has been the case for Haryana as well. With a large spectrum portfolio, the operator has modernised its network, which has enhanced the 4G experience for its customers.
