The phone comes in two variants- 2GB+16GB and 2GB+32GB, and both the variants has a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256GB. As for the cameras, the Redmi 7A has a 12MP Sony IMX486 sensor on the back, followed by a 5MP unit on the front. Both the cameras now offer AI Portrait Mode feature for capturing images with blurred background. The phone has Dual 4G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and a Micro USB port. The Redmi 7A has a massive 4000mAh battery and there’s no fast charging support, as expected. The Redmi 7A is currently available at Rs 5,999 for the 2GB+16GB variant and Rs 6,199 for the 2GB+32GB variant.
