WhatsApp has been asked by the government to scrap its privacy policy of 2021. The new privacy policy aimed to collect the personal data of the users and share it with the parent organisation WhatsApp. WhatsApp recently said that it is deferring the implementation of the policy beyond May 15. Post-May 15, users who hadn’t accepted the privacy policy would only be able to access limited features of the app....
Currently, an archived chat automatically unarchives once a new message is received on that chat. Announced last October, the old test feature “Vacation Mode” prevented chats from getting unarchived only if the chat were muted. The instant messaging app is also working on also presenting a new “Archived” cell in the main Chats tab, that would appear on sliding down the chat list. Zee5 to Offer “Wider Choice of Premium Content” Zee Entertainment Enterprises in its first quarter earnings update said that Zee5 recorded 8.02 crore global monthly active users (MAU) and 71 lakhs global daily active users (DAU) in June. In its previous quarter, the company said that its global MAUs and DAUs on its streaming platform were at 7.26 crore and 61 lakhs respectively.
